Where are you based?
Regte Pretorianers! Born & raised right in the heart of Gauteng, South Africa! But we do travel anywhere, so if you're keen, hit us up!
How many photos and videos are included in my investment?
Each Investment comes with an estimate on how many photos and videos you can expect.
How long do we wait to get our photos?
After your wedding we usually send a few sneaks while you're cruising away on honeymoon! The final delivery of your wedding collection takes 10-12 weeks. Trust in the process, every good thing takes time :)
What is your travel rate?
Our traveling is included in all of our investments for South African weddings! Amazing isn't it! International Weddings gets quoted on separately.
What happens if our wedding date changes?
If your wedding date has to be moved, please contact us asap so that we can discuss a suitable date that fits all your vendors. There is no additional charges involved here, however there are no refunds.
What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?
If we for some reason are not able to attend your wedding, which unless we are in a hospital somewhere or stuck in a hotel elevator, (which has happened before) but is very unlikely. There will be a very talented, highly capable photographer and/or videographer in our place. The editing will still be done by us to make sure it is of top notch quality.
Can you help with the Wedding planning?
Think of me (Jeanine) as your fairy godmother! Call me if you need referrals on vendors. I can workout your timeline, so that you don't have to! Give some advice on akward family stuff. Some tips on where to spend money and where not to spend money. Need something, trust me, I know a guy!
